Dr. Ivan Androcec has been working in the Croatian Electricity Utility (Hrvatska
Elektroprivreda d.d.) since 2001 where he is currently Section Head of Investment
Strategy and New Technologies Section in the Strategy and Development
Department. He has PhD from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and
Computing, University of Zagreb, from 2012 as well as Diploma Study in
Management from 2006. He has written more than 50 R&D international and
domestic papers and been involved in major national projects.

Anne Katherina is a lawyer and deputy head of section Gas Transmission Network
Access/ International Gas Trading at Bundesnetzagentur/Germany. Inter alia, as
Deputy Co-Chair of ACER CAM TF, she is involved in the implementation of NC CAM
and in the development of the incremental process. Prior to joining BNetzA, she
worked for several years as an attorney-at-law with an international law firm in
Brussels where she practiced in competition and energy law.

Within his fields of expertise Dr. Holger Wiechmann was involved since the
beginning on the liberalization of EU energy markets. He is engaged in

Christian studied electrical engineering at the University of Technology in
Graz/Austria. He also received his PhD from the University of Technology in
Graz/Austria where he worked as an assistant professor for energy economics
and energy innovation. He is the head of the department for market
management of Austrian Power Grid AG, the Austrian transmission system
operator. Christian led different national and international projects related to
electricity market development issues. He also was convenor of a Drafting
Team of the network code on electricity balancing for ENTSO-E, the European
network for transmission system operators for electricity. Christian also acted
managing director of a service providing company (Riecado GmbH) for
operating and conducting coordinated cross border capacity auctions for
electricity companies.

John Scowcroft is Executive Adviser for Europe, the Middle East and Africa
(EMEA). Prior to joining Global CCS Institute, John was Head of the Environment
and Sustainable Development Policy Unit at Electricity EURELECTRIC, the
association which represents the European electricity industry.
In this role, John was responsible for all aspects of environmental
and sustainable development policy in particular for global and
European climate policy. John was actively involved in the
ground-breaking EURELECTRIC greenhouse gas and electricity
trading simulations (GETS).

Dr. Schauer is Senior Technology Manager in the Competence Centre Innovation,
Research and Development of Verbund (Holding) and coordinates R&D activities.
He graduated as an electrical engineer in 1981 from the Technical University of
Vienna and gained his PhD in developed power electronics and converted EV
(1988, University of Mining, Leoben). At Verbund he is involved in R&D-projects in
the fields of new renewable energies (hydro power, PV, wind, biomass) and
electric vehicles. His task is the general management of research activities at
Verbund. He is member at National and European Associations/Working groups,
made numerous publications to renewable energies, electric vehicles, and is a
lecturer at University of Applied Science and works as consultant and project
evaluator.
